Yes, we have the flexibility and privilege to travel to various beautiful locations around the world! However, travel and accommodation costs are separate from the service.
We'll stay with you for as long as necessary throughout the day! This is to capture various moments between the two of you. But typically, a session lasts a minimum of 4 hours.
We recommend booking as early as possible, as most dates are reserved in advance.
The delivery of the work usually takes about 1 month after the session day, with a maximum of 3 months to account for any unexpected circumstances.
In reality, we don't have a minimum or maximum number of photos; on average, it's usually more than 100! We deliver all images in JPG format and high resolution, all of them edited. They are provided on a digital pen drive, or optionally through online access, with photos sent via cloud storage.
As our couples appreciate viewing our work and the work of other colleagues in order to make an informed decision, we retain the right to publish our work on our website and social media. However, we do have special packages that allow for the non-publication of any of your photos to respect your preference.
We accept payments in cash, by bank transfer, Paypal or MBway. Typically, it's paid in two installments, with 50% due at the time of booking and the remaining balance paid on the day of the session.
Yes, if you are booking a wedding with us, all our packages offer a session, either this one or the trash the dress session – it's your choice!
Yes, we do create mini-albums or even other unique presentation formats.
Yes, there is a possibility of not being able to use the drone if the weather conditions are not favorable or safe (rain / strong wind / very high temperatures / high geomagnetic storm index / weak GPS signal), as well as due to flight restrictions in restricted areas by the ANAC - National Civil Aviation Authority, or other entities responsible for specific airspaces. In the event of a malfunction or drone crash, we ensure that the client will not be responsible for any associated damages or costs. Both the photographers and drones from IMart8 are licensed and qualified for drone flight operations throughout the European airspace.
We are primarily dedicated to photography. However, we have partners that we can recommend for videography services, with whom we have a well-synchronized professional relationship. Nonetheless, we also collaborate with other professionals that you may have already hired or plan to hire, with no restrictions.
