However, for intimate weddings and only during weekdays, there is a possibility of having just one photographer if requested.
Yes, we have flexibility and the privilege to travel to the most distinct and beautiful locations all over the world! However, travel and accommodation costs are separate from the service.
We will be present from the beginning until the end of the party!
All packs include a complimentary session of your choice.
We recommend as early as possible, as most dates are booked one or two years in advance.
The delivery of the work averages around 3 months after the wedding day, with a maximum of 6 months to account for any unforeseen circumstances.
In truth, there is no minimum or maximum number of photos, typically more than 1000! We deliver all images in edited high-resolution JPG format. They are provided digitally on a USB drive or optionally online, with the photos sent via cloud.
As our couples enjoy viewing our work and that of other colleagues to make an informed choice, we retain the rights to publish our work on our website and social media.
However, we offer special packages that allow for the non-publication of any of your photos while maintaining your privacy.
Yes! We have an online gallery service available upon request. If contracted, we provide a protected access after delivering the work, allowing you to share only with your friends and family. A username and password will be provided for access. The size of the photographs is up to 1280px on the longer side.
We accept payments in cash, by bank transfer, Paypal or MBway. It is possible to pay in two installments (50% / 50%) or three installments (30% / 30% / 40%). 50% or 30% is due upon signing the contract, either in person or online. For the three-installment option, the second payment is due up to one month before the wedding date, and the remaining balance is due upon the final work delivery date.
Albums are not included in the packs. This is because in all available album collections, you can choose every detail you desire! For this reason, your album will be unique and budgeted to fit your needs.
Yes, there is a possibility of the drone's use being prevented if the weather conditions are not favorable or safe (rain / strong wind / very high temperatures / high geomagnetic storm index / weak GPS signal) on the day, as well as due to flight restrictions in restricted zones by ANAC - the National Civil Aviation Authority, or other entities responsible for certain airspaces. In the event of a drone malfunction or crash, we ensure that the client will not be responsible for any damages/costs associated. Both IMart8 photographers and drones are licensed and capable of drone flight operations throughout the European space.
We are dedicated to photography. However, we have partners whom we recommend for video services, with whom we have a perfectly synchronized professional relationship. Nonetheless, we collaborate with other professionals whom you may have already contracted or will contract in the future, without any restrictions.
